RENOVATION & INTERIOR DESIGN
Whether for your own joy or to increase the rental value of the property, Canary Home Invest assists you with property renovation and interior design projects focused on increasing the property's value and rental price. We have access to designers and contractors and our local team will make sure the project goes smooth and is ready in time.
Pricing: the design rate is 10% of the home improvement project's total cost. The execution fee is also 10% of the project's total costs.
1. VALUE INCREASE ASSESSMENT
We analyse your property's needs to increase its value on the rental market. Based on this, we provide you with a cost estimate of how much it would involve, the new estimated rental price, and the new expected return.
2. RENOVATION DESIGN PLAN
MiCASA will provide two potential improvement plans based on an agreed budget. This budget should be in line with the previous step.
3. EXECUTION & QUALITY CONTROL
Communication and coordination of the project, and supervision of selected partners to meet budgets and deadlines. Includes quality control.
