These include all tasks related to the everyday operations of the rental property like cleaning, maintenance, key handling, laundry, welcome packages, etc.
4. MONTHLY REPORTS
Every month you will receive a report on the performance of your property and the revenue generated. It also includes all information necessary for the legal and accounting duties required of a vacation rental property.
5. OWNER'S MOBILE APP
This is a mobile app for property owner's where they can check any time the status of reservations, and other aspects of your property, from the comfort of your sofa.
